Alessandra Nibbio

Alessandra Nibbio has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alessandra started their career in 2012 as an Intern for PRISM Project and SMILE Project at Samabhavana Society, where they conducted research, interviews, and managed partnerships. Alessandra then joined The HUB as an Incubation and Project Management Intern, where they organized entrepreneurial reservations and created training packages. Alessandra then worked as a Financial Analyst at Accenture, supporting the Risk and Treasury departments of an Italian bank. Alessandra managed interest rate risk positions and liquidity risk. After that, they joined Innpact as a Consultant, where they analyzed market data and supported the Investment Committee and Board of Directors of a major microfinance fund. Currently, Alessandra is the Head of Blended Finance at BlueOrchard Finance Ltd, overseeing PPP mandates and contributing to the development of blended finance strategies.
