Lucia Palacios Bedoya is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private debt structuring, investment banking, and asset management across Latin America. Currently serving as Vice President (Senior Investment Officer) at BlueOrchard Finance Ltd since August 2020, Lucia focuses on private debt structuring for financial institutions. Previously, Lucia held key roles at Scotiabank, BRAC, Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, and Compass Group, leading debt structuring initiatives and investment analysis across various sectors. Educationally, Lucia holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge with a concentration in social innovation, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, and has participated in international study programs at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Uppsala University.
