Kristy Harris

Kristy Harris serves as the General Counsel at BlueOval SK, LLC since October 2023, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles, including General Counsel at SONDORS Inc. and Associate General Counsel for Commercial & SEC at Canoo. Prior to these positions, Kristy held various leadership roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, overseeing legal affairs across multiple regions, including EMEA and Asia Pacific, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. Kristy's legal career began as an Attorney at Haugeberg Rueter Gowell, followed by a Legal Consultant position at Taiwan International Patent and Law Office. Additionally, Kristy has served as a Trustee for The Lacrosse Foundation, focusing on promoting Lacrosse in Great Britain. Kristy holds a JD from Willamette University College of Law and a BS in Agricultural Economics from Oregon State University.
