Dani Barnes, SHRM-CP, MPS HRER, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a People Business Partner at both HiRoad and BlueOwl, LLC since November 2022. Previously, Dani held the role of Human Resources Manager at RealSelf and the City of Torrance, overseeing HR operations for 1,800 employees and managing compliance with the ADA and FEHA. Experience also includes managing employee relations and performance evaluations at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, as well as creating and implementing HR policies at Jackson. Dani began as a Human Resources Generalist at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc., where responsibilities included recruitment and compliance management. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
