Lance Anderson

Lance Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Lance is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at BluePath Labs, specializing in 8(a) and SDVOSB contracting. Prior to this, Lance worked as a Senior Front-End Developer at BluePath Labs from September 2021 to December 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, Lance held various roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Lance started as a Systems Engineer at Technology Management Solutions in 2005.

At the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Lance began as a Web Designer/Developer from 2007 to 2011. Lance then transitioned to an ETL Developer from 2009 to 2011, focusing on data extraction and transformation using Informatica and Teradata. Lance returned to their role as a Web Designer/Developer from 2011 to 2013, where they created wireframes, mockups, and developed functional websites.

In 2013, Lance joined DRB Systems, Inc. as a Senior Graphic Designer, overseeing the media department and managing UI design for car wash Point of Sale systems until 2015.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Lance owned and operated their own photography business, Lance Anderson Photography, from 2009 to 2013. Lance specialized in wedding and family portraits and handled all aspects of the business, including marketing, client communication, and accounting.
