Randal Pemberton

Randal Pemberton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randal began their career in 2002 with the US Army, where they served as a Specialist and led a company of 120 soldiers until 2005. Following their military service, Pemberton worked as a Process Supervisor at JBS from 2006 to 2009, leading a team of over 40 associates and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce labor costs. In 2013, they joined GE Oil & Gas as a Field Service Technician, specializing in technical service delivery for wellhead frac and flowback projects. Pemberton's responsibilities included on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of drilling and production equipment. Randal also acted as the main point of contact for customers and managed project oversight. From 2014 to 2018, Pemberton worked at TechnipFMC as a Service Manager, overseeing projects, managing relationships with customers, and handling the Profit and Loss Report for service lines. In 2019, Pemberton joined Baker Hughes, a GE company, as an AMO Coordinator, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Laboratory Supervisor at BluePath Labs, a company that is classified under the 8(a) & SDVOSB programs.
