Melinda Thompson

Melinda Thompson is an experienced tax professional with a robust background in tax management and compliance. Currently serving as a Tax Manager at Bluepeak, Melinda's previous roles included Lead Tax Accountant and Senior Tax Accountant at TDS®, where significant process improvements were achieved through automation and training initiatives. At WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone, Melinda managed property tax processes and identified substantial tax refunds. Additional experience spans positions at Arrow Electronics, Level 3 Communications, tw telecom, and The Navigators, where Melinda demonstrated expertise in tax return preparation, audit management, and process optimization. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and previously studied Business Administration at the University of Colorado Boulder.
