Randy Beutler

Randy Beutler has extensive experience in government affairs and education. Currently serving as a Government Affairs Associate at Bluepeak, Randy is also a Co-Owner of Beutler-Redd Ranches, Ltd., a role held since 1976. From January 2006 to June 2021, Randy held the positions of President and Vice President at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Previously, Randy was the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Office of Governor Brad Henry from 2003 to 2005 and served as a State Representative in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1992 to 2000. Additionally, Randy was a History and Government Instructor at Weatherford Public Schools from 1985 to 1992. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Taft Law School, a Master of Arts (MA) in Secondary Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Secondary Education from the same institution.
