Erzsi Sleder

Erzsi Sleder, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources across various industries, currently serving as the Division P&O Manager at BluePearl Pet Hospital since October 2022. In this role, Erzsi acts as a strategic partner to divisional leadership, overseeing key P&O processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Senior HR Partner and Human Resources Director at UofL Health, managing employee relations for approximately 4,000 employees, and significant roles at UofL Physicians, Amazon, and Zappos Family of Companies. Erzsi began a career in HR with a strong foundation in organizational support and financial consulting, holding a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on Public Administration from Miami University of Ohio and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Northern Kentucky University.
