Kristen Hoffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in veterinary operations and management. Currently serving as Director of Operational Support at BluePearl Pet Hospital since January 2018, Kristen leads the Field Operations Training Team, focusing on training needs and professional development for staff across over 100 hospitals nationwide. Previous roles include Senior Hospital Administrator and Hospital Administrator at Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center/BluePearl Veterinary Partners, where Kristen managed strategic operations across multiple locations, and Hospital Administrator at Veterinary Imaging Centers. Kristen also held the position of District Manager at Healthy Pet Corporation and Practice Manager at Indian Walk Veterinary Center, showcasing a strong background in veterinary practice management. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Small Animal Science & Conservation from Delaware Valley University and is certified in Veterinary Practice Management through VHMA.
