Dawn Hedges

Dawn Hedges has extensive experience in operational support and culinary management, currently serving as the Director of Operational Support at Delaware North since September 2012, where previous roles included Manager of Operational Support for Travel, Executive Chef, Department Manager, and Kitchen Manager. Prior to Delaware North, Dawn worked at Sisters of Charity Hospital as the Food and Nutrition Production Manager from July 2008 to August 2012, and held positions at Cracker Barrel and Shorewood Country Club, with a career beginning in 1998. Dawn Hedges obtained an Associate of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from Jamestown Community College.
