Mike Grau

Mike Grau has extensive experience in the pet care industry, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital since January 2019. Previous roles include Hospital Administrator and Senior Practice Manager at BluePearl, as well as Practice Manager positions at both Banfield Pet Hospital and VCA. At WAGSWORTH MANOR PET RESORT, Mike held the role of Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations at a busy facility. Responsibilities throughout these positions have included staff management, client satisfaction, budgeting, and daily operational oversight. Mike Grau holds education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, with studies completed between 2010 and 2012.
