Rebecca Schuster

Rebecca Schuster has extensive experience in operations and human resources within the veterinary and educational sectors. At BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital, Rebecca served as Divisional Vice President of Operations for the Central region, where responsibilities included financial oversight, business development, and collaboration with medical leadership on strategic planning. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Director of Field Operations, managing financial oversight and development for the Central Region. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Michigan Veterinary Specialists as a Human Resource Manager, focusing on recruitment, training, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. Rebecca holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Valley State University.
