Nilton Souza

Nilton Souza, PMP has extensive experience in the operations field. Nilton was the Chief Operation Officer at BluePex Security Solutions from 2009. Prior to that, they were the Owner and Chief Operating Officer at Prógonos Consulting from 2000. Nilton also held the role of Manager at Prógonos Software from 2005.

Nilton Souza obtained their Graduated degree in Information Technology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas between 1998 and 2001. Nilton then obtained their MBA in Management Strategy Business-Oriented from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) between 2002 and 2004. In 2005, they obtained their Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Nilton also has experience with Iluminatta.
