Inês Mendes Pratas is an HR and Talent Development Manager at Bluepharma since June 2022, specializing in employer branding, onboarding and offboarding, performance evaluation, talent development, and ESG program implementation. Previously, Inês worked as an Organizational Psychologist and Happiness Manager at Licor Beirão, an IT Talent Manager at Closer Consulting, and an HR Consultant & IT Talent Acquisition professional at Elevus. Inês holds an Integrated Master's Degree in Psychology from the Universidade de Coimbra and has pursued advanced training in emotional management and clinical psychology. Inês is also a certified contributor to the EFR (Family Responsible Companies) certification process and has expertise in emotional management training.
