Jodine Lynn Naidoo

Jodine Lynn Naidoo is an experienced Organizational Psychologist and HR professional currently serving as the Talent, Performance & Development Manager at Higher Colleges of Technology since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jodine held the position of Learning and Development Manager at the Department of Government Enablement, where responsibilities included creating a Talent Management framework and implementing training plans for the Abu Dhabi Government. Previous roles include leadership positions at Hollard Insurance, Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited, and TFG, encompassing various aspects of HR, talent development, and organizational psychology. Jodine holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, alongside several relevant qualifications in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psychometry.
