Gavino Morin

Gavino Morin is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the video game industry. Currently serving as Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Bluepoint Games since November 2016, and holding a similar position since October 2007, Gavino has successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts and implemented policies addressing emerging legal issues, including AI-generated content. Prior experience includes co-founding Hellfire Games, where management of legal affairs and the development of award-winning games for Sony PlayStation consoles was achieved. Additionally, Gavino served as Of Counsel at Fish & Richardson, focusing on complex transactions and intellectual property matters. Gavino holds a Doctor of Law degree from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas-Pan American.
