Blueprint
Heather MacArthur is a Senior Research Associate at Blueprint, where efforts focus on finding evidence-based solutions to public policy challenges related to job-related skills and employment for underserved Canadians. MacArthur also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Research Associate at the University of Windsor, overseeing a Randomized Controlled Trial on a sexual assault resistance program for adolescent girls in Ontario. Previous academic roles include a Visiting Assistant Professor at Hamilton College and Furman University, specializing in the Psychology of Gender and related fields. Education includes a PhD in Social Psychology and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, as well as a Master's in Social Psychology and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and International/Global Studies, obtained from leading universities.

It partners with foundations and non-profit organizations, federal, provincial, and local governments, and socially conscious businesses that want to make a difference.It was established in Toronto, Ontario in 2017.
