Molly Doan has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Inclusive Practice at Blueprint. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of People, Culture, and Inclusive Practice at the same company. Molly has also worked as a Manager and Senior Researcher at Blueprint. Before joining Blueprint, Molly was a Researcher at the Social Research and Demonstration Corporation. Molly has also worked as a Freelance Writer, with their articles published in ELLE Canada and The Huffington Post Canada. Molly has experience as a Sales Associate at Thomson Reuters and as a Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia. Additionally, they have held positions as an Assistant Policy Analyst at the Department of Canadian Heritage and as a Student Mentor at the University of Ottawa.
Molly Doan completed their education with a Master's Degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia in 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Ottawa from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics, with a French Immersion focus. In 2010 and 2011, Molly had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at Pierre and Marie Curie University, specializing in Mathematics.
