Leander Deij has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Leander worked as an Applicatiebeheerder Mechanische Engineering at BluePrint Automation (BPA) starting in February 2020. Before that, they served as a Soldaat der eerste klasse in the Army reserve Korps Nationale Reserve since May 2014. Leander also worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Rohaco Industrial Handling from May 2018 to December 2019 and as an Afstudeerstudent at the same company from October 2017 to March 2018. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Stagiair R&D at VanRiet Material Handling Systems from September 2014 to February 2015, where they conducted market research and tested components.
Leander Deij pursued their education at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2017. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Werktuigbouwkunde.
