Josh Saldivar

Josh Saldivar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Josh started their career at Eaton Corporation in 2000, where they worked as a Production Supervisor and later became a General Foreman. In 2003, they transitioned to the role of Gear Sales Account Manager and then took on the position of Lean Project Manager in 2005.

In 2006, Josh joined Eaton Corporation and served as a Production Manager until 2008. Josh then moved to Eaton Automotive, where they held various positions such as Manufacturing Manager and Manager of Manufacturing and Operational Excellence. During this time, they also worked as a Plant Manager at Eaton Industrial Corporation from 2000 to 2015.

In 2015, Josh joined BluePrint Engines as a Plant Manager and Partner and was later promoted to the position of Director of Manufacturing in November 2020, which they currently hold. Throughout their career, Josh has gained extensive experience in manufacturing operations, management, and leadership.

Josh Saldivar pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of Business from Regis University. Josh attended Regis University from 2004 to 2006.
