Gustavo Silva is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a diverse background in software development and project management. Currently at Blueprint Finance since June 2025, Gustavo previously held roles at Consensys as a Staff Software Engineer and Staff Technical Lead from March 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading release management processes and conducting risk assessments. As a co-founder of dcatracker.com and team lead at Applied Blockchain, contributions involved implementing agile methodologies and managing product development. Earlier positions included senior roles in various tech companies where Gustavo excelled in full-stack development, project coordination, and team collaboration.
