Aixa Rivera Torres

Aixa Rivera Torres has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aixa started their career at Puerto Rico 2000 as an Operational Director from 1996 to 2002. Aixa then joined Warner Chilcott as an HR Generalist from 2003 to 2007. Aixa moved on to Bristol Myers Squibb, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2018, and HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2017. Aixa then worked at Editas Medicine as an HR Business Partner-Director from 2018 to 2020. Aixa later joined Exact Sciences as a Senior Director, HRBP from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Aixa is serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Blueprint Medicines from March 2023 onwards.

Aixa Rivera Torres completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, between 1990 and 1994.
