Previously, Ashley founded and managed Patient Client Advocates, LLC, and held various HR roles, including HRIS Analyst and Human Resources Analyst at companies such as Repertoire Immune Medicines and Hologic, Inc. Ashley’s expertise encompasses HRIS systems, including Oracle Cloud Fusion and ADP Workforce Now, as well as HR analytics tools like SuccessFactors. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, complemented by Computer Information Systems, both from Fitchburg State University.
