Elvira Tellegen

Elvira Tellegen has had significant work experience in the field of human resources. Elvira is currently employed as the Europe HR Director, People Operations & Total Rewards at Blueprint Medicines since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director HR Processes at PMI Switzerland Chapter starting from September 2020. From 2018 to 2020, Elvira served as the Head of HR Operations for Europe, North America, and North Africa at Triumph International.

Before joining Triumph International, Elvira worked for OMV from 2004 to 2017, holding various roles including Senior Global HR Project Manager, Strategic Projects; Head of Human Resources; International Senior HR Business Partner- Northern Europe, Africa, and Australasia; HR Integration Manager/Head of HR G&P Division in Turkey; Head of HR CEE; and Regional HR Manager for the East Europe Region.

Elvira's earlier work experience includes serving as the HR Director for Romania at Steilmann GmbH from 1998 to 2004, and as an HR Project Manager at CEDRU consulting from 1995 to 1998.

Elvira Tellegen has a diverse education history. In 1990-1995, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Bucharest. In 2012, they obtained the Chartered Member degree in Global HR Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK. In 2016, they completed a Black Belt Certification in the Lean Six Sigma system. From 2019 to 2020, Elvira was a student at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, where they pursued a Digital HR Certificate Program. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, they attended the PMI Switzerland Chapter and achieved a Charter Associate Project Manager degree in Project Management.
