Brian Jay Dyson possesses extensive experience in project management, estimating, and procurement within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Project/Estimating/Procurement Manager at Blueprint Robotics, Dyson previously held significant roles including Logistics Coordinator for self-employment, Property Asset Project Manager/Real Estate Financial Analyst at RER Solutions and James Lang Lasalle, Project Manager at Advastar, and Project Director at Balfour Beatty. With a proven track record in executing large-scale housing and infrastructure projects, Dyson has provided oversight on military housing initiatives, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and ensured compliance with regulations. Education includes a Master's degree in Community Planning and Economic Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Humanities from California State University, Fresno. Certifications in housing finance, asset management, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies further augment Dyson's qualifications.
