Layne Werner is a seasoned professional in client partnerships and business development with extensive experience in the sports marketing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Partnerships at Blueprint Sports since February 2025, Layne has held significant roles including Growth Strategy, Brand Partnerships & Business Development at SLG Impact from 2022 to 2024, and General Sales Manager at Playfly Sports Properties from 2020 to 2022. Prior positions include General Manager at Learfield IMG College (2017-2020), Strategic Marketing and Partnerships at LeadDog Marketing Group (2014-2017), Corporate Partnerships at the Los Angeles KISS Arena Football Team (2012-2014), and Marketing and Sponsorships at the Pasadena Tournament of Roses (2011-2012). Layne began a career in client services at Wasserman from 2009 to 2011. Layne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2004.
