Claudiu Barbura

Claudiu Barbura has extensive work experience in technology solutions and engineering. Claudiu served as the Director of Product Engineering at Blueprint Technologies from July 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal Development Manager at Blueprint Technologies from June 2017 to July 2019.

Before joining Blueprint Technologies, Claudiu held the position of VP of Engineering, Analytics Platform at Ubix.io from July 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they led the development of Ubix Engine, a Big Data Science Platform that enabled data science automation and advanced analytics applications.

From January 2013 to June 2015, Claudiu worked as a Senior Director of Engineering at Atigeo, where they built tools for rapid prototyping and productizing of highly scalable and available analytical applications. Claudiu also served as a Director of Engineering at Atigeo from December 2010 to December 2012, leading the architecture of xPatterns, a cloud-based Big Data Analytics PAAS.

Claudiu began their career as a Developer at TradeLabs Corp. in 1998 and later worked as a Lead Architect at Ascentis from February 2001 to November 2009.

Claudiu Barbura completed their Masters of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the West University of Timisoara, graduating between 1992 and 1997.
