Prior to joining Blueprint Title, Cassie was with JumpCrew for 4 years, where they were promoted to Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic direction and solving sales, management, and operations problems across the Client Success and Delivery teams. Cassie managed a team of direct reports and was challenged to hit goals and implement systems, tools, technology, infrastructure, and processes to continuously improve brand perceptions and strengthen client partnerships. Cassie also partnered with key client stakeholders and company executives to gather requirements, lead meetings, and deliver results on key jobs throughout the organization.
During their time at JumpCrew, Cassie was successful in decreasing the churn rate from 10% in 2019 to 3% in 2020. Cassie also implemented new processes that produced $500K in company savings within the first three months. In addition, they introduced a resource planning methodology that was designed to match the financial model and adapted it across all departments. This led to the successful elimination of excess headcount and highlighted areas where resources could be reallocated to improve department productivity.
Before JumpCrew, Cassie spent 6 years with ReachLocal as a Senior Regional Multi-Market Operations Specialist.
Cassie Wit studied Integrated Strategic Communications and Business Administration at the University of Kentucky, where they received their Bachelor of Science degree. Cassie then went on to get certified as a Qualia Certified User and as a Digital Business Strategy Specialist from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
They are on a team with John Shoaf - SVP, Client Engagement, Jessica Murray - SVP, Product and Marketing, and Marisa Jackson - VP, Product. Cassie Wit reports to Steve Berneman, Co-Founder & CEO.
