Joel van Haaften

Joel Van Haaften is an experienced professional in client success and program management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Blueprint since August 2023. Prior to this role, Joel held the position of VP of Client Success at Ipsos North America from April 2022 to August 2023. Joel's extensive background includes leadership roles at ArborMetrix as Vice President and Director of Program Management, and at Amplifinity as VP of Client Success. Additionally, Joel contributed to ForeSee as Senior Director of Client Services and worked as a Project Manager at Aon Consulting. Joel began a career at ZS Associates as a Consultant after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1997.
