Liz Molano

Liz Molano serves as the VP of People Strategy and Engagement at BlueRock Therapeutics since 2025. Previously, Liz held the position of Head of People and Culture at Orna Therapeutics from 2021 to 2024 and was a People Strategy Leader and HR Business Partner at Foundation Medicine from August 2016 to August 2021. Early in the career, Liz worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Bowdoin Group, managing on-site recruiting for TESARO, Inc., and providing executive recruitment services in the Life Sciences industry. Liz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Trinity College-Hartford and attended St. John's Preparatory School.
