Rithika Kulathila

Rithika Kulathila is a Corporate Counsel III at BlueRock Therapeutics since May 2023, previously holding the position of Corporate Counsel II. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate in Licensing, Strategic Partnering, and Commercial Transactions at Gunderson Dettmer (October 2021 - April 2023) and as an IP Litigation Associate at Mintz (September 2018 - October 2021). Rithika gained legal experience as a Judicial Extern for Hon. Susan Y. Illston in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, and previously served as a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin and a Summer Legal Intern at East Bay Community Law Center. Educational qualifications include a J.D. with a Law and Technology Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Rithika is currently pursuing additional education at Harvard Extension School.
