Rucheer Shah Cqe

Rucheer Shah CQE serves as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at BlueRock Therapeutics since January 2021, having previously held positions as Device QA Manager and Senior Quality Engineer. In this role, Rucheer established a Quality Management System (QMS) for device constituents in compliance with industry regulations and led new product development for combination medical devices. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Baylis Medical, where Rucheer supported design projects for interventional cardiology devices and led risk management efforts, and as a Design Quality Engineer II at Boston Scientific, providing quality assurance support for labeling changes. Additional roles include Operations Quality Engineer at Medtronic and Manufacturing Engineer at CB&I, alongside an engineering internship at Global Systems LLC and a graduate trainee position at Gujarat Gas Limited. Rucheer holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
