Jason Holcomb

Jason Holcomb currently serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Quality Assurance at Maze Therapeutics, a position held since July 2025. Prior roles include Associate Director of Clinical QA at Spark Therapeutics, Inc., where responsibilities included directing the Clinical Quality Assurance program and implementing a Clinical Quality Management System. Jason has extensive experience at Adaptimmune, holding multiple leadership roles including Director of Quality and Compliance, where Jason oversaw the transition of assets and improved compliance measures, as well as enhancing operational efficiency through risk-based audits. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Sr. QA/Regulatory Associate at ePharmaSolutions, focusing on audit management and procedural development, and as Assistant Project Manager at BioClinica, where project operations and clinical data reviews were directed. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Temple University.
