Santhiya Veeraswamy

Santhiya Veeraswamy is an experienced professional in clinical development and technology solutions, currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Development Solutions at BlueRock Therapeutics since November 2024. With prior roles including Manager and Technical Subject Matter Expert at Fortrea and Manager of Validation Services at Labcorp Drug Development, Santhiya has a strong background in IRT, eCOA systems, and project management. Additional experience includes managing QA teams at Covance Clinical Research Unit, Inc., and serving as a test lead at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Santhiya holds a PGDBA in Operations Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from PSG College of Technology.
