Stefania Finiguerra

Stefania Finiguerra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stefania began their career at Sistemi Informativi in 1998, where they worked as an Information System Analyst until 2001. Stefania then joined Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa in 2002, starting as a Senior Business analyst and Team Leader and continuing in that role until 2018. In 2018, they joined BlueRock Logistics, first as a Senior Business Analyst until 2019, then as a Customer Success Manager until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of VP Customer & Employee Experience at BlueRock Logistics.

Stefania Finiguerra completed their Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Università degli Studi di Torino from 1991 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including ITIL® (2011) Foundation from APMG International in August 2017, CAE - Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge English Language Assessment in September 2016, and CBAP - Certified Business Analyst Professional from International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in October 2015.
