Karen Clerici

Karen Clerici has extensive work experience in the finance and consulting industries. Karen currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BlueRock since 2023 and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Leadership Coach & Mentor at Clerici Consulting from 2018 to 2023. Karen also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Marsh & Maher Richmond Bennison Lawyers from 2018 to 2022. Karen has a strong background in managing business operations, with notable roles as the Managing Partner at Crowe Horwath Australia from 2016 to 2017 and as the Chief Operating Officer in various positions at Crowe Horwath Australia from 2008 to 2016.

Karen Clerici earned a Bachelor of Business degree from Swinburne University of Technology in 1998. Karen then obtained the qualification of Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2004. Later, they pursued two Graduate Certificates from Swinburne University of Technology, one in Organisational Coaching which was completed in 2016, and another in Applied Business, also completed in 2016.
