Steve Pryor has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Steve began their career in 1985 as a Major Account Manager at Whitechapel Workstations, where they sold UNIX-based Graphics Workstations. Steve then moved on to work as a Sales Executive at Trinitec, where they were responsible for appointing new VARs and dealers. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager at Commodore Business Machines, selling PCs and Professional Amiga products to partners.
In 1992, Pryor joined Acer UK Limited as a Channel Sales Manager, where they held various roles, including Retail Business Manager and Channel Sales Manager. Steve was responsible for national accounts such as Dixons (DSG) and recruiting and managing distribution accounts.
After leaving Acer in 2002, Pryor joined Steljes Limited as an AV Channel Sales Manager. Here, they managed over 350 active AV resellers and a team of 10 account managers. Steve consistently exceeded quotas and dealt with products like Interactive Whiteboards, projectors, and displays for Digital Signage.
Pryor then moved on to Polycom UK Ltd in 2005, where they served as the UK Channel Manager. Steve was responsible for key direct VideoConferencing partners and supported them in securing end-user business for Polycom.
From 2007 to 2016, Pryor worked at Cisco Systems as the Business Development Manager - Enterprise Collaboration GTM. Steve oversaw collaboration solutions for enterprise customers and partners, including Video Conferencing, TelePresence, and WebEx. Steve also recruited and enabled Channel and Ecosystem partners across Europe.
In 2016, Pryor joined Oblong Inc. as the Director of EMEA Channel Sales. Steve played a key role in expanding the Oblong Channel Partner Program and developing partner relationships. During their tenure, they also served as the Area VP Sales, EMEA, responsible for Oblong business across the region and channel partnerships.
Most recently, Pryor joined Bluescape Software in 2020 as the Sales Director, EMEA.
Throughout their career, Pryor has demonstrated a strong ability to excel in sales and channel management, consistently surpassing targets and bringing value to the organizations they have worked for.
