Lauren O'Connor

Lauren O'Connor is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Customer Growth in EMEA at Showpad since June 2025, Lauren previously held the position of Senior Manager for Enterprise Account Management at Similarweb, where responsibilities included leading a team of Account Managers and managing a portfolio focused on client retention and growth. At Ipsos Synthesio, Lauren contributed significantly as Vice President of Global Account Management, overseeing SaaS customer success, strategic growth initiatives, and implementing best practices.
