Dean Morosin

Dean Morosin is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the mining and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer for the Furnace Top at BlueScope since January 2022, Dean previously contributed as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Kestrel Coal Resources and Hatch, where responsibilities included leading significant projects in coal handling and granular flow performance. Dean's early career included roles as a Cadet Mechanical Engineer at Port Kembla Coal Terminal Limited and a Stevedore at Qube Ports & Bulk. Dean holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wollongong, complementing a strong foundation in engineering principles acquired during education at Edmund Rice College.
