Gerald Cornelius

Gerald Cornelius is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the steel manufacturing industry. Since August 2011, Gerald has held multiple positions at BlueScope, including General Manager and President of BlueScope China, as well as General Manager of both BlueScope Flat Steel Products and Sheet Metal Supplies. Prior to this, Gerald served as Chief Executive Officer of NS BlueScope from July 2020 to July 2021, and as State Manager for NSW at BlueScope from July 2007 to June 2011. Earlier career experience includes the role of State Manager for South Australia at Smorgon Steel. Gerald holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of South Australia, completed between 1998 and 2006.
