Suzanne Wakeford

Suzanne Wakeford has extensive experience in IT and SAP management, primarily at BlueScope since June 2014, serving in various roles including ITPO User Experience, IT TechCare Manager, and SAP Technical Delivery Lead. In these positions, Suzanne has focused on ensuring governance in the SAP Technical environment and driving service excellence within the BANZ IS Applications team. Prior to joining BlueScope, Suzanne held significant roles at BlueScope Steel from January 1997 to May 2014, such as 1SAP Functional Lead and SAP IRC Manager, where responsibilities included managing support processes and overseeing system and process improvements. Suzanne holds a Master of Information Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Information Systems from the University of Wollongong.
