Umesh Mulik

Umesh Mulik is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Regional Innovation Manager and Regional Technical Manager at BlueScope since March 2017, Umesh has a strong background in technical leadership and innovation. Prior experience includes the role of Technical Team Leader for South Asia Pacific at Eastman Chemical Company from April 2012 to March 2017. Umesh also held multiple managerial positions at Hempel A/S between July 2003 and April 2012, including Laboratory Manager and Regional Lean Manufacturing Manager for the APAC region. Earlier in Umesh's career, the role of Senior Chemist was undertaken at PPG Asian Paints from 1998 to 2003.
