YE WINT KYAW currently serves as a Product and Process Improvement Engineer at BlueScope, starting in July 2023, where responsibilities include providing technical support for the quality and output of Metal Coating Lines and managing significant improvements in manufacturing and product design of metal coated products. Prior experience includes a decade at Micron Technology, where YE WINT KYAW held roles as a Non-Volatile Memory mNand Quality & Reliability Assurance Engineer, focusing on electrical failure analysis during product qualification, and as an Equipment Technician, maintaining and improving machinery operations. YE WINT KYAW has been recognized for successful completion of a Quality Circle Project aimed at enhancing the salvaging process of damaged Leadframes for NAND products through a data-driven operational model. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and a Nitec in Electronics from the Institute of Technical Education.
