Bailey Biffle

Bailey Biffle has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Bailey began their career at Victoria's Secret as a Category Supervisor in 2012. In 2013, they joined AAP as a Customer Loyalty Liaison and Customer Service Representative, where their primary responsibilities included processing client payrolls and providing clients with the best service solutions for their needs. In 2018, they joined PhishLabs as a Client Success Manager, Senior Security Training Specialist, and Security Training Specialist. In 2022, they moved to Blueshift Cybersecurity as a Client Success Manager and then to Ostendio as a Senior Client Success Manager.

Bailey Biffle graduated from Spalding High School in 2009. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER. In 2022, they obtained an Implementing the NIST Risk Management Framework certification from LinkedIn.
