Kimberly Jauregui

Kimberly James is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at Downer since October 2022, previously holding the role of People and Culture Advisor. Prior experience includes positions such as Human Resources Coordinator at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, Team Lead Recruitment at Haynes Group, and Random Task Specialist at Sequentia Services. Notably, Kimberly held the role of Project Officer for White Ribbon at Bouygues Construction Australia, where major contributions were made toward creating a zero-tolerance culture for domestic violence in a male-dominated industry.
