Jennifer Rodger

Jennifer Rodger, CPHR CCP, has worked at BlueShore Financial since May 2001, holding several titles including Sr Compensation & Benefits Specialist, Compensation and Pension Specialist, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Compensation Specialist, and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to BlueShore Financial, Jennifer also worked at Weyerhaeuser (formerly MacMillan Bloedel) from 1996 to 2000 as an Accounts Payable. Jennifer obtained a Management Certificate in Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2004, a Diploma of Technology in Financial Management in 1996, and a CPHR in Human Resources Management and Services from CPHR Canada.
