Josh Woody serves as the VP of Human Resources and Managing Director of BlueSky Talent at BlueSky Commerce, a company specializing in business strategy, technology, marketing, and talent management for diverse sectors, including retail and healthcare, since July 2010. In addition to this role, Josh has been the Director of Human Resources at eMarketingSilo, a niche job board for eCommerce and digital marketing professions, since August 2007, and founded this platform to support job seekers and employers. With a background that includes consulting in digital marketing and eCommerce since 1998, alongside previous recruiting roles in IT and engineering, Josh brings over 15 years of multifaceted experience in human resources and digital market strategies. Josh earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Brown University in 2000.
