Bluesquare
Yann Forget is a data scientist at Bluesquare since September 2021, with prior experience as a postdoctoral researcher at the Université libre de Bruxelles from May 2019 to April 2021, focusing on spatial epidemiology. Yann has also worked as a researcher at the Royal Military Academy, Belgium, from November 2018 to March 2019, and completed a PhD candidacy at the Université libre de Bruxelles from November 2014 to October 2018, where the thesis concentrated on urbanization in Sub-Saharan Africa using satellite imagery. Education includes a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the Université libre de Bruxelles, a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the same institution.
