Stephen Dayspring

Stephen Dayspring is an experienced Program Manager currently working at Bluestaq since February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager at the US Special Operations Command, where Stephen led a diverse team to support sensitive global operations and ensured compliance with military regulations. As Operations Manager for the 10th Special Forces Group, Stephen oversaw synchronization of training and operational concepts for over 2,500 personnel. In previous roles, Stephen contributed as a Special Operations advisor to the US Army TRADOC and completed a Master of Science in Defense Analysis at the Naval Postgraduate School, receiving the Hans Jones Award for excellence in thesis research. Stephen's military background encompasses significant leadership positions across various deployments, including innovative uses of technology in operations.
